Arizona’s Tenth Annual Transition Conference, “Designing the Future,” is a collaborative,
cross-stakeholder professional development event aimed at providing meaningful and
pertinent information needed in the transition planning process for youth with disabilities.
This year’s conference will showcase an exciting lineup of national speakers, state level
experts, and will also include youth, young adult, and family member participation.
Sessions include content from the following strands: Community Partnerships, Family Voice,
Secure Care, Career and Job Development, Medical and Social Empowerment, Youth and
Young Adult Empowerment, Assistive Technology, and Curriculum and Instruction.
